Delegates to the penultimate session of the Road to Resolution Conference on 8 October 2021, had the pleasure of hearing from Selina Trigg and workshopping with colleagues on the topic of Moral Injury and Trauma Informed Practice. Not to be mistaken for burn out or PTSD (terms that drive the focus onto the individual),  Moral Injury arises when there is a systemic failure to protect where responsibility exists, without the power to ensure outcomes.  How Moral Injury can arise in collaborative practice and the solutions offered by Trauma Informed Practice were covered over a fascinating 90 minutes.
