AACP thanks our gold and silver corporate members:
Former Chief Justice Diana Bryant AO, QC becomes patron of the AACP
Following her 17 years as Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia and head of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, The Hon Chief Justice Diana Bryant AO, QC, has retired, but still has a passion for helping families find the best way through their separation issues. To this end she has lent her name to the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals as our patron. For many years she has supported the need for those in the family law sector to work collaboratively. In terms of Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice or Collaborative Law, she has said that it is ” another really important tool in the toolbox, one with great potential to improve the experience of resolving family law disputes for clients.” We warmly welcome her to the AACP and look forward to her guidance as we progress the use of Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice throughout Australia.
