Collette McFawn is an experienced family lawyer, having been practising in the area for 20+ years. The Law Society of NSW conferred specialist accreditation in family law on Collette in 2011. Collette has, for some years now, been recognised by her peers (as encapsulated in the Doyle's Guide) as a pre-eminent family lawyer in NSW and a leading family lawyer, nationally. She has also been specifically recognised for her pre-eminence in high value/ complex financial matters and for complex parenting cases.

Having commenced her family law career as an Associate to a Judge who presided exclusively over family law cases, Collette gained invaluable insights.
