Andrew works between both the Toowoomba and Brisbane offices, and also travels regularly to assist clients in other locations including Darwin, New South Wales, far north Queensland and other regional areas throughout Queensland and Australia. He also assists clients who are currently employed or living overseas, such as members of the Australian Defence Force.
Andrew is a previous President of the Downs and South Western Queensland Law Association and has served on committees with The Queensland Law Society mentor programme and also currently sit on the board of Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners. He was part of the Toowoomba Collaborative Law Pilot programme.
Andrew has extensive experience in all facets of Family Law and legal issues that arise from relationship breakdowns. His specialisation includes Binding Financial Agreements, complex family trusts or company arrangements, representing third parties and advising trustee’s in bankruptcy who have been joined into property disputes. He assists parties in obtaining or defending Domestic Violence Orders. Andrew has worked regularly with people involved in farming ventures, mining, earthmoving, transport, building and construction, fisheries and general business. He has also represented parties in overseas international and interstate relocation cases.
Andrew has undertaken significant training and worked with parties in Collaborative Law matters over the last 12 years.
