Olivia Koorey brings nearly two decades of specialist family law experience to the collaborative space, having most recently served as Practice Director at a leading family law firm in Sydney. Her career has spanned the full spectrum of family law, from straightforward property matters to highly complex financial disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, corporate structures and international assets, and parenting cases ranging from routine to complicated and high-conflict.

She has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide for her work in family law in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2024.

Some of her formal qualifications include an Honours Degree in Law, a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law, Accreditation as a Specialist in Family Law and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution. Equally foundational is her Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology, which informs her empathic, child-focused and emotionally attuned approach to practice.

Olivia is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Accredited Family Law Specialist, Collaborative Professional, and Parenting Coordinator. Her commitment is to offer families more than legal solutions—she offers pathways forward. For her, this work is not only about resolving disputes, but about supporting healing, clarity and courage during one of life’s most challenging transitions.
