Valerie practices as both a Collaborative Coach and as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with people who are separating. She also works as a Family therapist with a wide range of familial upset. She has a Clin. M. Family Therapy; B. Psych (1st class Hon); B. A (Sociology); Grad Dip. Family Dispute Resolution (FDRP); is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, (NMAS)  and trained as a Child Consultant with Dr Jenn McIntosh. Valerie coaches and assesses candidates for National Mediator accreditation at the College of Law and Relationships Australia. She is a member of The Resolution Institute (LEADR and IAMA), ISDR (Institute of specialist Dispute Management), AMA (Australian Mediation Association), board member of CP (NSW)Inc. (Collaborative Practice NSW Inc), member of CSCF (Central Sydney Collaborative Forum), AACP (Australian academy of Collaborative Professionals) and IACP (International Academy of collaborative Professionals).
