Sara is the Principal of Arnold Hills and holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law.

Prior to establishing Arnold Hills, Sara practised for several years at a specialist family law firm in Sydney. During this time, she worked closely with the firm’s Principal, a highly regarded Australian family law practitioner. She also worked alongside senior family law barristers, representing clients in highly contentious parenting matters and high-net-worth property disputes before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Sara is a collaborative family lawyer and assists clients who wish to resolve their family law matters through collaborative practice, a structured and less adversarial process centred on constructive negotiation, cooperation and the pursuit of carefully considered outcomes, with the aim of resolving matters without court proceedings.
