Courtney Mullen is a Canberra family lawyer and the founder and Managing Partner of Fulcrum Family Law. She has practised predominantly in family law for more than 15 years, working across the community legal sector and leading specialist family law practices before establishing Fulcrum.

Courtney has particular expertise in complex financial matters, drawing on her Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and her strong commercial acumen. She is also a trained Independent Children’s Lawyer, with extensive experience in parenting matters involving significant risk, complex family dynamics and entrenched conflict.
