The Happy Lawyer Happy Life Introduction to Collaborative Practice Course is a seven-week online training program for professionals who work with separating families. This includes lawyers, mental health practitioners, financial specialists and coaches who are looking to adopt a more constructive, client-centred approach to family law.
Whether you are new to Collaborative Practice or are ready to integrate this approach into your existing work, the course offers a practical and comprehensive foundation.
Facilitated by Clarissa Rayward and a team of experienced collaborative professionals, the course includes seven live workshops. These sessions provide the frameworks, tools and confidence to support families to resolve conflict respectfully and avoid court-based processes.
Key topics include:
• How to prepare for and run a collaborative meeting
• Conducting an effective first client interview
• Building Collaborative Practice into your service model
The course is CPD eligible for lawyers and meets the National Training Standards required for those wishing to join a Collaborative Practice Association in Australia.
