  By becoming an AACP member, I agree to:
  1. provide a guarantee of not less than the Guaranteed Amount (currently $10) to defray liabilities and expenses of the Company in the event of and upon its winding up or dissolution
  2. give AACP permission to contact me periodically via e-mail, postal service or telephone regarding matters of importance to the Collaborative community.
  3. Notify AACP should my eligibility criteria alter.
