AACP thanks our gold and silver corporate members:
Zinta Harris, Collaborative Estates Lawyer and co-presenter Anne-Marie Rice (of Rice Dispute Resolutions) are professionals on a mission to champion a more collaborative, less combative approach to law in general and in the family law, wills and estates spheres in particular – for more about their “mission” see the recent blog post published by College of Law
Following on from their successful training in Brisbane in March and April this year (the first of its kind in Australia) they will be running a second Brisbane training in August and a Sydney training in September and they are taking expressions of interest for training in other states.
This training is designed for all professionals working with grieving families facing an estate dispute including lawyers, counsellors, psychologists coaches, financial planners and accountants however practitioners from all disciplines and areas of law are welcome to attend
AACP is pleased to support this landmark training which promises to pave the way to expand collaborative practice into other areas
A special offer of 25% off the second registration fee applies (for both the Brisbane and Sydney training events) if you bring a colleague.
