AACP’s National Practice Group is a dynamic forum where AACP members come together for professional development and networking. Meeting quarterly, the National Practice Group provides a platform for collaborative professionals from across Australia to exchange ideas, share expertise, explore best practices in collaborative law, stay up-to-date on what is happening in the collaborative space and connect with colleagues in an enriching environment.

So far in 2024, we have featured:

February 2024	Shelby Timmins & Julia Brierley: Assessing Client Suitability for Collaborative Matters
May 2024	Zinta Harris & Co: Same Same But Different – Exploring Collaborative Practice for Wills & Estates
August 2024	John Thynne: Valuation Challenges

Our next meeting is set for 6 November 2024 and will feature AACP member, Rose Cocchiaro from Resolve Divorce in Adelaide on the subject of “The mindset transition that occurs for collaborative professionals (and how to overcome the challenges that come with the switch in mindset).”
