AACP 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting

We advise that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the members of AACP will be held on Tuesday, 18 October 2022 at the times listed below for each state/territory:

ACT	2:30pm
NSW
VIC
SA	2:00pm
QLD	1:30pm
WA	11:30am

Attendance at the AGM will be via Zoom and members are required to register in advance to attend the AGM.  If you have not received your Notice of AGM with link to register by email, please contact us at [email protected]

No Proposed Special Resolution

There are no Special Resolutions proposed at the upcoming AGM

Appointment of Directors/Board Members

In accordance with AACP’s Constitution the term of 5 of the current Board members will expire at the upcoming AGM. In addition, there is one recently vacated Board member position.  There will consequently be 6 vacancies on the Board to be filled at the AGM.

All financial members of AACP are eligible to nominate for a Board position. Nomination forms are accessible via the links in the Notice of AGM emailed to members.

2022 Annual Report

The 2022 Annual Report will be circulated to all financial members on Tuesday, 11 October 2022
