National Wills & Estates Practice Group

AACP is working with a number of practitioners from around Australia to establish the first national Wills & Estates Practice Group.   This initiative, led by Zinta Harris in Queensland had been developed in response to demand.   

Collaborative practice training in Wills & Estates has been delivered in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and WA and there is strong support for a national practice group to support practitioners in this emerging area of practice.
