The Happy Lawyer Happy Life Introduction to Collaborative Practice Course

Next Introduction to Collaborative Practice Course starts Friday 6 February

The Happy Lawyer Happy Life Introduction to Collaborative Practice Course is a six-week online training program for professionals who work with separating families. This includes lawyers, mental health practitioners, financial specialists and coaches who are looking to adopt a more constructive, client-centred approach to family law.

Whether you are new to Collaborative Practice or are ready to integrate this approach into your existing work, the course offers a practical and comprehensive foundation.

Facilitated by Clarissa Rayward and a team of experienced collaborative professionals, the course includes seven live workshops. These sessions provide the frameworks, tools and confidence to support families to resolve conflict respectfully and avoid court-based processes.

Key topics include:

  • How to prepare for and run a collaborative meeting
  • Conducting an effective first client interview
  • Building Collaborative Practice into your service model

The course is CPD eligible and meets the National Training Standards required for those wishing to join a Collaborative Practice Association in Australia.

If you are ready to explore a more values-aligned way of working that supports families with dignity and cooperation, this course is an excellent place to start.
